Tony K’s banquet room accommodates up to 110 people for a seated event. For banquets with cocktail tables and guest tables, the room accommodates up to 150 people. A section of the patio may be reserved for your event at no additional cost, weather permitting. Tony K’s dining room may also be rented for private events; the room capacity of the dining room is 75 people.
We have many bar options available. Some party planners prefer an open bar, ranging from well to top shelf drinks. You may also choose a cash bar where your guests will pay for their own alcoholic beverages. The following is a sampling of our alcohol prices:
- domestic bottled beer – $3.00/bottle
- house wine – $5.50/glass, $26.00/bottle
- well drinks start at $3.50/drink
- domestic beer kegs – $200.00 each
Children under twelve may order their choice of Chicken Tenders, Cheeseburger, Grilled Cheese, or Hot Dog (served with French fries) for $7.50 per meal including soft drinks or juice with unlimited refills.
Finger desserts of cream puffs and éclairs or chocolate chip cookies and brownies are available for an additional $2.50 per person. Baklava trays start at $65.00 for 25 people. You are welcome to supply your own desserts for your event. For tiered cakes, a cake cutting service charge of $25.00 includes cutting, tableside serving, and packaging of your cake.
Projector, A/V Equipment, Podium
A projector, projector screen, big screen television, satellite music, DVD player, and podium are available.
Personalized Message on Outside Sign
Make your guests of honor feel special with an announcement on our outside sign for a charge of $50.00.
We invite all of our event planners to add their own personal decorative touches to the banquet room. You may arrive to decorate one hour before your event begins. Confetti and bubbles are not permitted in Tony K’s banquet room. A $100.00 charge will apply if these decorations are used, no exceptions.
For wedding parties, Tony K’s provides a service to decorate with materials you provide, including place cards, favors, centerpieces, signs, etc, beginning at a charge $50.00. The following restrictions apply:
- Host/Hostess must drop off decorations at least 48 hours in advance.
- If providing table numbers and place cards, each table must be packaged together, and a table chart must be provided. Tony K’s will gladly supply a copy of our floor plan for reference.
- Tony K’s reserves the right to refuse decorations that may damage Tony K’s property.
Room Charge: Use of the banquet room or dining for four hours is $75.00 on Sunday-Thursday and for all luncheons; and $150 Friday and Saturday evenings. All event planners are required to pay room charge, regardless of number of people or type of event. The room charge covers use of the banquet room for four hours, table linens are included. For water goblets with cloth napkins and water pitchers, a $0.75 per person cost applies. Any additional time to rent the banquet room will result in a $50.00 per hour charge provided the banquet room is available.
Security Deposit: A $75.00 or $150.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the event. The amount of the deposit is based on the room charge.
Friday and Saturday Night Minimum Purchase: A minimum $400.00 purchase of food and alcohol combined is required for banquets on Friday and Saturday nights. The $400.00 minimum does not include deposit charge, room charge, service charge and sales tax.
Number of Guests: One week prior to the event, an exact count must be guaranteed. The sponsoring group must pay for the number of guaranteed guests regardless of cancellations or no-shows.
Service Charge / Tax: Banquet package pricing does not include sales tax or service charge. Current sales tax will be added to entire bill, and a 20% service charge will be applied to food and alcohol.
Outside Food: Customers may only supply desserts approved by Tony K’s associate and specified in banquet contract.
